When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, project postcode, the details of your project and, optionally, your budget and timescale.

We do not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may collect basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange site surveys, prepare quotes and, if you become a customer, deliver and administer your project. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are retained for 7 years to meet our legal, tax and guarantee obligations.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address above.
