How long does a full re-roof take?

A typical three-bedroom house takes 5–8 working days, depending on weather and complexity. We confirm a firm programme in your written quote.

Do I need planning permission to replace my roof?

Like-for-like replacement is normally permitted development. If your property is listed or in a conservation area we will advise on consents before work begins.

Can you repair rather than replace?

Absolutely. We always recommend the most cost-effective fix. If a repair will do, we’ll tell you — even if it’s a smaller job for us.
