The information on this website is for general guidance and does not constitute a quotation or offer. Project images are illustrative of the type and standard of work we undertake.

Quotations are free and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are fixed for the agreed scope of work; any variation will be agreed in writing before it is carried out.

Payment schedules are set out in your contract and are normally linked to completed project stages. A deposit may be required for materials on larger projects.

Eligible work is covered by our 10-year workmanship guarantee, issued on completion and full payment. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, third-party works or normal wear and tear.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We carry £10m public liability insurance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
